Stop chasing surge.
Start earning on a plan.
SURGEDRIVER sits beside Uber and Lyft and tells you where to wait, where to drive, and when to take the next trip. The model writes every card from live GPS and street feeds. Trip setup is a gold card on Drive and Plan: pick a direction, city, hunt, tolls, and wrap, then tap Apply trip setup. Ask, this-trip math, History, and a phone dock that stays tappable after that tap. There is no on-device scoring engine.

1000% better than Uber or Lyft with no plan and no realtime awareness. Human drivers beat Waymo, Tesla, and other robotaxis when the shift is run like a business, not a lottery.
3 days free. Cancel anytime. You still take trips in Uber and Lyft. This sits beside them.
Not a second Uber. A copilot in the passenger seat.
SURGEDRIVER is not a replacement for Uber, Lyft, or any rideshare app. You still accept rides in those apps. This is the PhD-level assistant sitting next to you: it reads live GPS and street feeds, takes the radius, direction and market you apply in trip setup as hard rules, then guides you in realtime toward higher-earn places so you take home more of the hour.
1000%
Clearer than driving blind: a live plan instead of a surge map
Through go-home
Every live card from now until wrap: wait, drive, trip, home
Realtime
GPS plus live feeds. The model rewrites as the street changes
This is what the next hour looks like
Not a heat map. A live path through go-home. Apps on until it is time to head home.
Now
Drive to the higher-earn dest
Hunt the market
Thin tracts do not pay by sitting. Drive to airports, events, and dense downtowns inside your radius, apps on.
Next 1
Drive and take trips on the way
22 min drive · trips on the way
When this pocket cools, the next window is a real dest. If nothing comes, wait there 10 minutes.
Next 2
Wait 15 minutes near let-out
Wait 15 min here
Events with real start times. The plan updates as GPS, clock, weather, traffic, and density change.
Next 3
Take trips that end toward home
Only trips toward home
Last window steers you toward home so the shift ends near your driveway, not across town.
The surge blob is not a strategy
Ordinary drivers open Uber and Lyft, see a colored area, and drive empty toward it. By the time you arrive the surge has often stopped. The ride you accept there may take you away from that area. Turning down every other trip to protect the chase can hurt your ranking. SURGEDRIVER gives you a loop that updates in realtime: wait, drive, or take the next trip instead of circling a color on the map.
The model writes the shift
Drive cards, Ask, and the day plan are written by SURGEDRIVER. There is no on-device scoring engine. Street feeds hit the server, a cost model prices every real pin in your radius, then the model returns dests, waits, and wrap. Local ranking is advice the model can override.
Live intelligence, not this morning's guess
GPS streams while you drive. Open-Meteo, TomTom, Census density and income, Ticketmaster, GeoNames cities, and (on Plan) FBI UCR update the model. When you move, rain starts, or you label paid vs empty, the next moves rewrite.
Maximum earnings, hunt the market
Empty miles are a cost, not a veto. SURGEDRIVER sends you to airports, events, and dense downtowns inside your radius. Sitting idle in a thin suburb hoping for a trip is the miss.
You steer it
Set radius, direction, a city to head toward, what to hunt, empty-mile cap, pace, avoid tolls, and wrap near home in trip setup. On Drive, Apply trip setup or Refresh plan regenerates the live cards from current GPS and feeds. On Plan, Rebuild with these. After that, those settings are hard constraints, not hints.
Life on the road
Without SURGEDRIVER
- Chasing the pink / red surge area until it vanishes.
- Paying empty miles to a blob, then getting a trip the other way.
- Skipping other rides to protect a chase, then watching ranking drop.
- Guessing on rain, events, and which downtown is actually dense.
- Losing the last hour to an outbound airport when you asked to wrap at 10.
- Robotaxis taking the easy loops while you hunt a color.
With SURGEDRIVER
- Live cards from now through go-home: wait, drive, take the trip, or wrap.
- A full-shift grid from this GPS until wrap time, on the same route as the cards.
- Your own trip setup: radius, direction, city, what to hunt, tolls, wrap, then tap Replan or Rebuild.
- The whole route in one Maps session, Speak this move, and a glance line you can read at a light.
- FBI crime, Census density, income, events, traffic, weather, and landing banks in the same plan.
- A phone dock that stays tappable after Replan. More opens Account, Settings, About, and Log out.
- Apps stay on for trips. Apps off is for heading home.
Beat Waymo, Tesla, and the robotaxis
Robotaxis do not get tired and they do not chase a color on a phone. They take the easy, repeatable trips. A human still wins on judgment: airports you skip, neighborhoods you know, a wrap time that actually pulls you home. SURGEDRIVER turns that judgment into a screen you can glance at at a light.
